Friction Module

Welcome to the

Nano-World Friction Module

This module shows you recent results on friction on the atomic scale. Friction is a very old phenomenon and plays an important role in global economics. However, until 1980 friction was considered as dirty physics. The friction phenomena on the nano scale opened a new insight into this complex phenomenon.
