About the friction Lab

The friction lab shows the paradox effects of atomic friction which led to the revival of an old theory, developed in 1929 by G. A. Tomlinson.

The algorithm is based upon this Tomlinson mechanism and takes into account 2D effects of friction.

The simulation as well as the content has been developed by T. Gyalog.
